As part of Keep Britain Tidy’s national campaign, Great Britain Spring Clean, join a group of volunteers for a litter pick at Old Deer Park

It will take place on 2 March from 10.30 am to 12.00 noon, meeting at Pools on the Park.

Spare litter pickers and bags are provided but bring gloves, litter pickers if you own some. All are welcome.

Join Friends of the River Crane Environment (FORCE) on the second Sunday in each month from October throughout June. Work is carried out at a variety of locations in the Lower Crane Valley (please visit FORCE’s Calendar for work locations and description), and whatever age or ability, there’s something in which each individual can help. You can join for an hour, the whole day, or just say hello and find out what the group is up to. Old clothes and stout footwear are recommended.

Volunteer Sundays normally start at 10.30 and end by 16.00. If you can stay all day please bring along some lunch – Refreshments are provided

For safety reasons under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.
