Join Ham United Group (HUG) on a brainstorming and group discussion about sustainability. What does it actually mean in practice? We will look at the topic from three different angles and explore how it could look like for you personally, for our community and for the world.

The meeting is open to everyone – no previous experience or knowledge needed. 

The meeting starts at 7:30. Tea & biscuits from 7:15.

There will also be a discussion about the HUG upcoming promotion and fundraising event at the Ham Parade market in March.

Green Drinks on the first Tuesday of every month from 6.30 pm at: The Eel Pie, 9-11, Church St, Twickenham TW1 3NJ

Green Drinks is a social event open to all environmentally conscious people living, working or volunteering locally. We started this local social opportunity around 10 years ago for people interested in the environment and nature to come together. We meet on the first Tuesday of each month.

We gather from about 6.30 pm till 9ish with people dropping in and out. Sometimes we stay later and sometimes we stay till closing time. Please look for the little green drink picture on our table, shown below. Food is served in The Eel Pie so you can pop by for a soft drink and a bite to eat. Do you want to learn more about Ham Lands?

Join Friends on Ham Lands every other month to discuss ways to preserve and enhance the natural habitats of Ham Lands. The group organises volunteer work projects and guided walks to inform about the area so that more people can understand and appreciate this Local Nature Reserve. New people are very welcome to join these meetings.

We meet at Ham library, arrive for 7.15 pm for tea and social. The meeting starts at 7.30
