What’s On

There are lots of fantastic environmental events happening locally every week including talks, walks and ad-hoc volunteering on conservation work parties/days and gardening activities. Please contact the event organisers for further information.

Use the ‘categories’ to select the type of activity and the ‘Tags’ for the specific themes i.e. Friendly Parks for All, a programme of activities for people with dementia and their carers.

Please see this page for information on different types of volunteering in the environmental sector.

DIRECTIONS TO THE SITE Kingston Permaculture Reserve (KPR). KT5 9QP

At Tolworth roundabout turn into Barnsbury Lane. Right at Hazel Bank, left at Alpine Avenue and follow signs for Knollmead Primary School. Leave vehicle on the road and walk into allotment site.
Keep to the right, Turn right at T-junction (compost bins made of pallets)  and the site is at the end of the track through our woven
gate. Please avoid driving on site.

About the Garden:

The site was designed over 20 years ago using the Permaculture philosophy of combining gardening and nature conservation.
It is a beautiful mature garden which is a pleasure to be in even if you just come for tea break  and explore the forest garden!

Come and celebrate Pensford Filed’s Birthday on Saturday 10th June with a Summer Party Picnic

Believe it or believe it not, Pensford Field Environmental Trust was set up twenty five years ago, so this year we will be celebrating our 25th anniversary at the Summer Party Picnic. There will be all sorts of activities including the return visit of the Kelvin Christiane Quartet ‘An afternoon of Jazz Standards’ who played last year. But the most important thing is that lots of people should come along and enjoy themselves. So mark the date in your diary and plan to come along with family and friends.
