SWLEN will use our expertise and experience to help your group, whether you are setting up a new project, expanding your group, seeking funding or other resources, or need help with a problem. We also have a bank of resources dedicated to helping local groups.

We run organisational ‘health checks’ to determine what support you need. We will then provide best practice guidelines for volunteers, covering health and safety, insurance, first aid and risk assessment and other guidance if you hold volunteer workdays. We can also help you find specialist services, such as legal aid, and can help you recruit volunteers through social media, our website and by placing adverts on the National Volunteering Database Do-it.
